No-Bake Healthy Chocolate PB Cookies

These were actually so easy to make and literally tasted like Reese's!


Ingredients:

- 1 cup peanut butter

- 6 tbsp cocoa powder (or I used chocolate pb PB2 since I didn't have cocoa powder)

- 2 cups quick oats

- 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter (I used plant butter)

- 1/3 cup maple syrup

- 2 tsp vanilla extract


To Make: In a sauce pan on low heat, add butter/oil, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. Stir until butter/oil is melted, then let cool for a bit. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla, then gradually add in oats and mix until combined. Scoop out onto parchment paper/tin foil and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy!
