Homemade Cava Bowl

Being back in CT for winter break has me missing CAVA! I decided to create my own cava bowl at home. It actually turned out so much better than I expected and it was so simple and fun to make!


Ingredients:

- arugula

- brussels sprouts

- sweet potatoes

- chickpeas

- kalamata olives

- avocado

- hummus

- white vinaigrette dressing


TO PREP: wash your arugula and add to bowl. For sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts, I air fried them with a bit of olive oil and salt. For the chickpeas, I sauteed them in a pan with some olive oil, salt, a bit of maple syrup and a bit of soy sauce. Then add all ingredients to the bowl with the arugula and top with the white vinaigrette dressing! Enjoy!
